Visualize Your Goals and Make Them Inevitable
February 7th, 2010I have spoken at length about the importance of visualization in achieving goals but it can be easy to forget to regularly use this technique when life gets so busy sometimes. Even with the best intentions, everybody at times gets so caught up with their busy life activities that they simply disregard the most effective goal achieving systems like visualization and affirmation. I am absolutely certain that the repetition of visualization is the foremost and quickest way to see your goals come to fruition.
We all admire certain people throughout the course of our lives, we may even envy the lives they live. What have these extremely successful people got that sets them apart from the rest of society? The truth is they have no magic powers but they do have a successful mindset, an unwavering belief in their ability to achieve their goals. These successful people reach their goals time and again through simple visualization techniques that anyone can use for free. Visualization is free to everyone on the planet and it is available to use 24 hours a day, everyday. It is your choice to use it or not use it.
The reason why visualizing your goals over and over again will make them inevitable is perhaps more simple than you think. Your subconscious mind does not know the difference between what is happening in your reality and what is happening in your mind. Your habitual thinking has created all the things that have ever happened to you, the good and the bad. The constant repetition of visualizing makes stuff happen. I suppose it is really a kind of magic power but the great thing is we all possess this gift.
Visualization works even better when you bring your emotions into the visualization technique. For example if you want to experience more wealth in your life, bring in all your senses to really feel the wealth. See yourself in the home you know you deserve, visualize in your minds eye walking through the kitchen into the family room and sitting down on your comfortable sofa. Smell the flowers in your garden or the freshly cut lawn. Hear the birds chirping in the trees and listen to the wind blow the leaves on the branches. Walk with bare feet over the lush green grass in your back yard and up to the back door of your house, feel your hand on the back door handle as you enter your wonderful house. Open the refrigerator door and pour yourself a refreshingly cool drink and look around your house as you drink it. Feel how sensational it feels to be living in the house of your dreams. The good feelings during the visualization really cement the idea within your subconscious.
Through repetition, visualization works faster to make your goals inevitable. The key is not to become impatient, simply continue to visualize when you have a few spare moments during the day, preferably when you will not be disturbed. As time passes you will notice things start to fall into place and opportunities will present themselves which will allow you to move towards the goals you have been seeing in your daily visualizations. This really works and will change your life. Remember, repetition is the key and really allow yourself to feel all the good feelings that come up when imagining your goals becoming a reality.
