Say No to Media Propaganda
April 25th, 2009All you ever seem to hear about these days within world media channels is talk about doom and gloom. The media has us believing that the entire planet is falling apart from under our feet. What a load of garbage, it is nothing more than just another case of media propaganda. The only reason why they can get away with it is because we let them.
Bad news sells newspapers, so while we collectively continue to swallow this tirade of infectious doom and gloom, the world media will repeatedly serve us a diet of economic decline with a double dose of recession for dessert.

Does that mean that there is 95% employment in
Imagine if you went through your school years with a 95% average. In other words, when you took exams throughout all of your different subjects you were 95% correct and just 5% incorrect. I think your parents, your teachers and you would be pretty well ecstatic at such a wonderful 95% average. I certainly would be.
Lets say you played tennis and 95% of the time you hit the ball into play or what if you played basketball and you made the hoop 95% of the time. Roger Federer and Michael Jordan do not even make the shot 95% of the time. Yet the media sell us on the fact that 95% employment is a disaster when they call it as 5% unemployment. You are so right. I try to maintain a positive outlook, but the media has to sell somethings and like you said Doom and Gloom sell.

I barely watch TV or read the papers anymore because it’s all so depressing and has very little positive value. It seems now that every news media network has some glaringly obvious agenda if you watch them closely enough, even the likes of the BBC.
