Most Common Regrets and How to Deal With Them
March 16th, 2011A while ago I read a story about a group of researchers who traveled the globe over a number of years and conducted interviews with terminally ill elderly people on the topic of regret. Only the elderly were interviewed for this particular survey and each and every participant was aware they were close to death. The object of this research was to see if there was a typical pattern of regret from a large group of international citizens who knew they had no chance of overcoming or moving past their regrets which may be possible for someone in a younger generation. The results I found to be most compelling.
