Easiest Way To Lose Fat Fast
December 4th, 2009Ok so there is no easy way to lose fat without getting off your backside and moving your body but this tip I am writing about today is in my opinion as a personal trainer, the easiest way to lose fat fast. The tip I am about to mention is not something new but a simple way to burn bodyfat and keep your body healthy at the same time. It does not require you to change your diet but it does require you to take some physical action. Taking action is always the first step to achieving any goal.
The easiest way to lose fat fast is to get your body moving while your blood sugar levels are at their lowest point each day. In simple terms, your body uses body fat as an energy source when your blood sugar levels are low. When your blood sugar levels are high after eating a meal, your body always prefers to uses the carbohydrates or sugars in the foods you have eaten. So when is the best time to exercise when your blood sugar levels are at their lowest?
It is not hard to figure out that your blood sugar levels are at their lowest point when you wake up each morning. Since you have not eaten for several hours your body is primed at this time of the day to use body fat as its foremost energy source. So first thing after waking up of a morning, the easiest way to lose fat fast is to take a brisk walk.
You may be bringing up excuse after excuse right now why you cannot exercise first thing of a morning but they are only excuses and excuses will not help you to lose fat fast if that is your goal. Excuses are for lazy people with no determination and a lack self discipline. I work long hours myself but I always set my alarm for 5.30am every morning and I spring out of bed as soon as it goes off each day. I do not lay there after the alarm goes off and think of reasons why I should stay in bed, I just jump out of bed, get dressed and hit the road for a 1 hour walk every morning. I have been doing this for so long now that it is just a habit and I plan to do this for the rest of my life.
I do not run or jog, I simply walk at a moderate pace for an hour and then go about the rest of my day. This helps keeps me lean and healthy all year round, although I do other weight training exercises as well, the weights build muscle, they do not help much in keeping body fat levels low. The early morning walks are what keeps me fat free and they will do the same thing for you too if you can make it a daily habit.
Not only is this the easiest way to lose fat fast, it has the added benefit of making you feel good about yourself first thing in the morning as your brain releases endorphins through your body as you exercise. These are natural feel good chemicals that have a profound effect on kickstarting your day in a positive direction.
